Our Workshop
Where Every Piece Takes Shape
Every COMMAND piece begins in our workshop.
From selecting the material and refining the proportions to cutting, assembling, detailing, and finishing, each stage is guided by hand. This slower process allows us to pay attention to the details that mass production often overlooks—the feel of an edge, the placement of a ring, the balance of a chain, and the way a piece rests against the body.
Our work combines traditional leatherworking techniques with a modern, alternative point of view. Some designs are produced in small batches, while others are made individually according to the wearer’s measurements and preferences.
Variations in grain, texture, and tone are a natural part of handcrafted leatherwork. They are not imperfections, but details that make each piece individual.
We create pieces designed to be worn, experienced, and kept.
