Crafted in Our Workshop
Every custom piece is developed and finished in our workshop, one detail at a time.
After your measurements, materials, colors, and hardware have been confirmed, we prepare the pattern and begin construction. Each component is carefully measured, cut, assembled, and adjusted by hand to suit the intended fit and form.
Before You Order
A few things to know before beginning your custom piece.
Please include as much of the following information as possible:
· The product name or link
· Your measurements
· Preferred color and material
· Preferred hardware finish
· The details you would like to add, remove, or change
· Reference images, if applicable
· The date you need the piece, if it is for a specific event
Clear measurements and reference images help us understand your request and provide an accurate quotation.
Use a soft measuring tape and measure close to the body without pulling it too tightly.
Measure closely around the area where the piece will be worn, then add your preferred wearing allowance. Enter the final size you would like us to make. We will not add any additional allowance.
For chokers and collars, measure around the neck at the desired wearing position. For cuffs, measure around the wrist or ankle. For body pieces, we may request several additional measurements after reviewing your design.
If you are unsure, send us your measurements before ordering and we will help you select the appropriate size.
Simple adjustments to size, color, or available hardware may not always require an additional fee.
More complex changes, special materials, additional components, engraving, or completely original designs may increase the price.
Any additional cost will be clearly confirmed before you place the custom order. Production will not begin until the final design details and price have been approved.
Production time depends on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials.
Most made-to-order pieces require approximately 7–15 business days before dispatch. More complex custom projects may require additional time.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.
Changes may be possible before materials have been prepared or production has begun. Once production is underway, we may be unable to make further changes or cancel the order.
Significant changes requested after approval may require additional production time and cost.
Because custom, personalized, engraved, and made-to-measure pieces are created specifically for you, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
